Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments are available by advance booking only and are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. Please provide any relevant background information or objectives before the meeting so we can make the most of our time together. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee for paid services. Complimentary Consultation Policy Introductory consultations are complimentary and limited to one session per individual or organization. These meetings are intended to explore your goals, discuss our services, and determine whether IDC is the right partner for your needs. No preparation, deliverables, or consulting advice beyond the scheduled session are included.
